Benefits n allowances added to basi salary is what makes 230k after 6 months. Heard TS is 120k but a very reliable source said 80k. Me am not even bothered about salary. They just should send the invite already! This is the 3rd week o. Ehen....

However, right now, there is no batch currently at TS. Besides, the fact that HR has simply refused to pick calls is really scary. With this oil wahala and Diamond Bank's high exposure to oil and gas industries, the fall in their share price, and this election palaver, I do not even know what to think anymore. Perhaps, its time to just chill and not bother oneself anymore. When they are ready, even if its in 3years, we will be called. Let me go get myself something to be doing in that interval. I doubt that sis, wen u talk of banks with oil company then u got to start with zenith but those guys are still waxing strong n still recruiting what of access bank number 3/4in Nigeria. And training, diamond do there test weekend so I doubt they were on training wen we did our test. Is jst there pattern.

I have carefully avoided sharing my mail with anyone on nairaland and am sure u know why. Thats why I have also refused to connect with anyone to enable them send mails. it's a temporary delay. spoke to someone inside and was told that diamond bank is a structured organization. Management will make a decision and give the go ahead for the sms to be sent. Use your time to do other things while you wait for the invite. it will come. there is nothing holding it except that the bank is busy with other things at the moment. Or do you think they spent all that money on test, interviews and medicals for you to just go? You should go to the hospital on your own account and know how much it cost to run all that test and xray. so enough of the negativity. Everything will be fine. You shouldn't write them off, when it happens, it will be worth the wait

Sugaristic, u are totally right. I confirmed frm someone inside and he said everything is ready jst waiting for the elections to pass due to the much said about violence. We all know too well that diamond invites candidates from near by state and far as well for training...case in point during interview guys frm abj, delta, ibadan hence it would be a risk to be called for training during Ds period and if something happens( God forbid ) diamond would bear the risk.
