Understanding Haiku
*Haiku poems date from 9th century Japan to the present day. Haiku is more than a type of poem; it is a way of looking at the physical world and seeing something deeper, like the very nature of existence.

My first poem of 4 haiku:

Robot's Kitchen

Dustless with white glean, -5 syllables
Gray face of intelligence, - 7 syllabes
Asimo slices. - 5 syllables

Head gear shapely bright,
Mirror in hand, hurried steps.
Songs on Sunday Mass.

Smoky scented air,
Back home, head gear abandoned.
she looks with delight.

Platters of colour,
laid out majestically,
Asimo is done.

For your first haiku, that was great! I've always found haiku's more interesting than regular poetry.

I looked it up & the plot seems good enough, but the ratings say otherwise. I'd like to see what you make of it in your haiku.

Nah, the ratings are trash! That is a very awesome movie.
