It's fake , but near perfect fake made of inferior materials and lower build quality.

There are various ways you can spot it . I will quickly give you the easy steps since you are a girl ,

1. The material of the phone , the original is made of aluminum , and has that iPhone 5 feel on the hands , the fake is made of plastic and has that z10 feel on the hands. if u know what I mean , u can also knock the back and the feedback sound will give you a clue.

2. play a music, the origianal has one of the best stereo speakers in the mobile phone device world. both the speakers at the top and bottom will be playing the song with good bass .in the cloned one , only a speaker works

3. HTC sense isn't working with the clone

4 the best and final blow you can deal this issue if other mentioned tips still put you on the dark, is to lunch the HTC menu , put off the phone and put it on by pressing the power button and volume down . it should lunch a screen that looks like when a computer doesn't have Windows installed in it or looks like set up menu in your computer.
if it's cloned this menu would be written in Chinese and if it's original in English.

5. The camera is poorer and can't be compared to s4. iPhone 5 , but the original is in par with iPhone 5 , s4 etc
