The word DISGUST can be used as a noun or as a verb and in this case, the man used it as a noun. So Mr Lecturer, I think he is 100% correct. U can never know it all. No one person has a monopoly of knowledge. I guess we learn something new everyday. What's your federal government and their funds got to do with a private project in Lagos state?
