..Well, i started my own weight loss therapy couple of months ago....i honestly hate the word 'fat', i hate it wen pple or my friends in school call me a 'fat girl'...of which i am not dat fat,i still had flat tummy n curvy hips den gansef......
....I started by reducing my food-intake for atleast 2 months...i started doing little exercises eg sit-ups,little jogs n skipping,alot of dancing n whining of waist...lol....
.....Twas quite easy for me in school, i neva missed it....i also noticed a really really obvious change in my body....
...Now dat av finshed sch n am back at home,am really struggling to maintain my stature (am so inlove with it),....i make sure i eat very light n little food in d morning....light n little in afternoon too..but dat evening en, i av no choice dan to follow dem chop d normal okele (i take little too)......
.....To compensate or balance my enery intake n energy output,i had to introduce more morning execise (started some days)....My Dad is my mentor in dis department.....hopefully, i hope to c a beta result too....
...Aldo,it has not been dat easy....i think i av d 3 p's....patience,persistence and perserverance....it has helped me alot....
