It's certainly an hardware problem. Just a minor adjustment.

I don't think so.. From what I got online when I googled it up.. I believe it's software.... Whenever it happens the screen freezes.. I have to lock n unlock before I can make use of it

Nop, it doesn't. The only problem is that when ever i off or reboot the phone and on it and it starts booting it will just freez until i remove the battery and put it back, thats it.
