If you are looking to embark on this project in order to beat energy cost then there is more to it than just an inverter, you have to balance your system to achieve your aim (in this case i assume cutting cost of power generation to increase profit)

These are the things you need to answer:

- What kind of systems are these "15 systems" you quoted, desktops or laptops? if they are desktop you can save close to 50% of your install cost by trading them in for laptops (i have cheap us used laptops by the way that are great for cafes ).

On average a desktop with a flat screen monitor can average 200watts and up, so the least power consumption for the 15 desktops will be : 15 x 200 = 3000watts

Laptops average 60watts, with 15 systems : 60 x 15 = 900 watts

so compare the difference, with laptops you can make do with a 2000watt inverter and each 200ah battery will power them for around 3hrs (if they are all on) whereas your desktops will require a 5kva - 7.5kva inverter and each 200ah battery will power them for around an hour!

- If you are using a laserjet printer, get a deskjet for use while on the inverter
-How much power do you get from the utility company daily? (this will allow for an estimate of your charging duration and needs)
- How long will the system be expected to last for?


These are a few of the things you need to consider before jumping into this project. A rough estimate if you keep your desktops you may be looking at N650 - 900k

Thank you, heh the cafe may not be able to absolve such cost, I rather remain OK 1k/day cost of fuel, my gen is new so some months to come I will need to service it.
Though presently I have 5systems with average of 3k turnover per day. With 10systems it may give 4k aside any other surface expenses.
