I really pity that woman and others for having the nerve to challenge these unknown soldiers, the day some military men dealt with me at obalende is one experience I will never forget, the Nafdac approved slaps they rained on me still gives me jitters, it was only GOD that rescued me on that day, their was this particular who insisted I should be shot through my anus, I cried and pleaded with them amidst kicks and. Slaps, thieThiers hands felt like sandpaper ,my offence was that I carried a military bag, they eventually let me after they collected my bag , I had to transfer my clothes into a Ghana must go bag, it was one of then who helped me to escape.

Why do the average Nigerian male or female fear soldiers so much especially the so called bookeed southerners ? meanwhile thier southerners in the army will only be found in areas like the schools ,S&T, medicals and other sundry inconsequencial duties . Meanwhile good news for you those soldiers you see on the streets of Nigeria today are mere uniform careers no more . If any one attempt to mess you up take courage stand up and resist being messed up most of them are just like you very fearful like the other . Soldier are supposed to EARN respect not BULLYING citizens around .
Honestly many cant fire even an AK47 and not peeing in thier pants .

Well, make una dey console una selves.... As far as I'm concerned, its a two way switch. You either in the military or you a civilian. No two ways about it. No sitting on the fence. No attachee....

The world needs less soldiers. We shouldn't hail these guys when they defy the law. Oppressing others just because they went to a school where they were thought how to handle guns, obey pot-bellied seniors without question ... and get paid for it, isn't something the society should celebrate. They are clothed and fed with tax-payers' money; they are not above the law.
