According to the reports, the nine year old girl accompanied by her Parent visited the gun shooting range in Arizona, United states and, as a male instructor named Charles Vacca was trying to teach the young girl how to shoot an Israeli made Uzi sub-machine gun, the gun accidentally went astray as the girl one more time squeezed the trigger, the recoil wrenched the Uzi upward and the instructor was shot in the head.
