Does an infant need a visa (traveling on a US passport) to enter Nigeria if both parents are Nigerians traveling on Nigerian passports?

I think she will need one but curious to ask in case there's a waiver.

The hassle in getting a Nigerian passport or visa in the US is unbelievable tedious.

Hmm. No idea. I'd ask my parents what they did when I was little, but I'm sure the regulations have changed since then.

If the child is old enough to own an int'l passport, contact Nigerian Embassy @ DC. They'll issue the passport based on paternal Nationality. However its better to go for Blue passport and apply for Ng visa for the child. Hope this helps?
