The Spaniard, who has also been dropped
from the international squad this week,
has never quite relived his scoring form at
Liverpool.

His move from Chelsea saw him plagued
with injury but he continued to try and
regain his past form.
Yet despite his problems, the striker still

A World Cup in 2010, an FA Cup and UEFA
Champions League trophy in 2011 as well
as a UEFA Europa League and European
Championships trophy in 2012.
His move to AC Milan is likely to be
confirmed tomorrow.
Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho said: “I like
him as a person. I like him as a player.
“If he wants to leave, it's because he tries
and wants to try a new life. A new club.
Probably a new league.
“This is a very human club in the way the
club approaches this kind of situation."
