pimple really has no cure but U can manage it by washing Ur face morning and night, using cleanser and moisturising.

Using hydrogen peroxide continuosly on the skin for a long time can be dangerous. but it all depens on the concentration of the hydrogen peroxide

for pimple and acne cures, i still think one has to check his or her food contents. If you find out that you are prone to them, why not take a little of fat and oily foods. This is just my simple advice to those affected with pimples.
