No doubt, I equally belief that diabetes is a curable disease if the sufferer can follow the rules of thumb. In fact. a friend once told me that good eating habit, exercise coupled with some herbs can perform this wonders. Yes, there are always alternatives, nothing is impossible.
But Diabetes is too serious a disease to to leave to trial and error.
Seek the advice of a healthcare professional, possibly a specialist called an Endorinologist, and follow their advice strictly with regular follow-up.
It's very important to follow a diet avoiding junk food, sweets and so on.
