Hi good people, Ebola is in the country and if you haven't heard, you must take precautions, wash your hands, avoid contacts and eat healthy.

What type of food am I talking about? EAT LOTS OF VEGETABLES, FRUITS AND HEALTHY HOME COOKED MEALS WHILE YOU AVOID BUSH MEAT.

Avoid junk foods for now and stay healthy to boost your immune system. Foods with plenty sugar should be scarpped from your menu. Sugar: Added sugar is addictive, highly fattening and a leading cause of diseases like obesity, diabetes and cardiovascular disease (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6).And lowers your immune system.

You know what am talking about- Avoid Highly Processed Foods: Foods that are highly processed are usually low in nutrients and high in unhealthy and unnatural chemicals.
