UyiIredia: I believe they say a fat tummy may hide a jolly soul.I have striven for 6 packs and all that, as far as I'm concerned it's vain. I will simply take vegetables and water, I always read, so I simply have to work on my exercise routine. I prefer jogging and press-ups.
