Would you use an app that allows you to play a simple game (it doesn't rely on luck) with any body in the world, who ever wins gets the money. you stake a certain amount with someone and you then play, if u win, you immediately get that sum added to your account and if you lose, that sum is removed from your account on the app. Would you use such an app ? If yes, provide any additional info (optional) and if no, why ?
