please, there is this registered company I got attached to.... as a subsidiary....
they are into extra mural centre and CAC registered as limited....
I attached with dem doing computer training....now, I want to issue certificate..... don't know how to do it..... I did it like this... e.g.

joesine computer
a subsidiary of
king educational services ®

present this certificate of completion on computer training....

now, d joesine is not registered but d king is registered.... should I go ahead and issue d certificate like this....
I don't like to use only d registered company name,
