Please, advice me on what to do. my mother-in-law, comes home and found me furious and packing my suitcase. "What happened?" she quarried "What happened? i thundered. I'll tell you what happened! I sent an email to my wife, your daughter! saying that I was coming home from my trip today. I got home and guess what I found?...My wife, your daughter, with a naked guy on our marital bed! This is the end of our marriage, I will leave forever!" "Calm down!" says my mother-in-law. "There is something odd about this story. my daughter would never do such a thing! Wait a minute while I check what happened." Moments later, my mother-in-law comes back with a big smile. "You see, I knew there must be a simple explanation... When you sent the email, you should have waited for acknowledgement. when you didn't get that, you should have sent a text and then called her mobile number and if she wasn't picking, you could have dropped a voice message. Next time, send a neighbor to help you check if the coast if clear before going into your house...... 1 Like |
