For those of you that will be going to embassy soon and you are thinking of how to book ticket as your itinerary, i just got the solution. Download a software called AVIASELLER and put your route on it, then it will boot and give you all the available flight, just take the cheapest one or any one u like and add the date of your departure. Tick one way and it will take you to the next page, just follow the instructions from there and you are done. Your itinerary will be swnt to your email box. Shallom. Please take note, the VISA OR MASTER CARD YOU WANTS TO ADD MUST NOT HAVE ANY MONEY INSIDE O. IF NOT SAY GOOD BYE TO YOUR CASH. I WARED U O.

I can't just call her like that except it's an urgent or pressing issue. You can add useful supporting documents. Have you applied for your visa?

Greeting to all!
I applied for Msc to about 5 univs with my HND certificate and I was reject prelimnarily. What they offered me in alternative was 3rd year direct entry onto their Bsc with one stringent condition that I must provide TOPIK exam result. I reminded them that am above 40years which I think is quite high for the undergrad program but they said that they don't have any age restriction for their undegrad, grad and language programs. But my fear is, if I accept the Bsc direct entry admission won't SK embassy here in Nigeria object to it?
If I meet all requirements and provided all documents, would SK embassy use my age alone to disqualify me? Do they have the right to disqualify me on age grounds even when the school says otherwise. Ur comments please!

Hi everyone, i'm George by name and i've been following this thread for a while now. I'm an applicant for fall semester Language studies in Korea. I am not impressed at all with the silence of this beloved thread which is full of detailed information and key insights concerning the whole process of studying in korea. We have people here, that have come and gone through this thread but they refuse to share success stories. Nobody is updating the house on first hand gists or tips. I'm not asking for much but please let's try to find time to drop posts here and encourage the people like us that have found interest to study in korea. I indulge everyone to please say something and let's keep this thread alive and hale. I appreciate each and every one of you guys. Thanks so much. Cheers!

As long as you are a genuine student you don't have to
worry about anything.

If starting from 3rd year does not bother you, then go
tell em at the embassy why you're comfortable with that.

Don't forget you'll be interviewed and that will be one of
the factors that will determine your visa success.

The truth is, this thread is slow like this because many people don't yet believe they can make money in south korea. So people are still rushing to Canada usa and other popular countries. One thing is to get admission, another thing is for you to see bank that will pay your school fees. I am talking from experience and some people can testify to that. I sofa for this pals.
I will advise you to start your application on time so that you can fight the wahala of cbn to a stand still. Diamond bank still remains the best bank but i came to know too late. We are still on the hustle bec we are not of they that give up but of they that lush to the end.

What Uni is that?

What is the tuition?

Can you convert to masters after the language program?

Can you stay back and work after graduation?..... That is the problem people travelling to Most european countries don't understand.

Sorry for the late reply bud. I legalized my credentials and diplomas. It just depends on what your school requests from you. I understand some schools don't even need to see embassy confirmation from applicant.

First and foremost south korea is in Asia. The name of the school is kumoh national institute of technology, Gumi. The tuition for language program is $2,345 excluding accommodation fees. I guess after your program you can stay back and work now according to the new policy irrespective of if where you work isn't in line with your discipline.
Again, you can convert your visa to a D2 visa when done with your program. I hope i've been able to assist with your questions bud. Cheers!

But from my research, I saw that the Naira is higher in Value than the Korean Won.

Or do they pay workers in other currencies??

Why I ask is because the Tuition is in dollars, but they pay workers in their local currency.

So does going there to work and study, can it benefit??

I think you should go back and read the thread bro. I'm still in Nigeria you know and i acted based on the little information i got here. You can't get first hand information till you see for yourself. Any which way, life is a struggle. For me, the journey hasn't been easy. Going to have to buy dollars for 382 today when i budgeted 282 before i started this processing. Be strong and take the risk but get Oluwa involved. Cheers!
