6 Mistakes You Should Avoid At Your 30s - If You Are Aiming High by jaylister(m): 8:08am On Sep 13, 2014
A man is envied when he made it in his early thirties. Our fathers who knew these things obeyed the law and paid their dues according to their high demands from nature.
Most of us make wrong choices in our thirties without knowing that mistakes made in the early days effects the noon or the evening when others are singing their happy evening song you will be listening to their song when you have no song to sing due to your early 30s mistakes. Many of the choices you make in your early 30s determine the kind of life you will be living in your 60s. Here I will show you with few common mistakes you may likely make to hinder you from your goal as a youth (avoid them).

1. Always Tell Your fiancée/fiancé about your finances - Even after Marriage
Don’t say marriage is cheap and rush into one that you can’t see the light of the world anymore. While walking down the aisle try to be open in your relationship about you financial balances and trials. For good reason money caused most marriage breakups and if you are avoiding any saga that will end your relationship then always open up to your spouse in other for you to understand your differences.

Taking Loans while you are a student
2. Taking loans from cooperate bodies while you are still an undergraduate may cause you more harm than good. For instance an undergraduate of level 300 collected a loan of N300,000.00 to pay back with interests after graduating, believing that after graduation he can secure a job to pay back but after graduation there is no job opportunity for him to pay back is debt then if you are in such situation what do you think will happen?. Don’t try it, you may pay with your certificate if you are not careful.

3. Forgetting to save for retirement
Most of our dear parents who are not working again survived by the money they saved during their time of service.
If at 30 you are not thinking of how to manage after retirement , you have not started thinking about your future life. Investing and saving for the future is a must thing to do and while reading this you are asking yourself how possible can I do it. My brothers and sisters if you are in the working, class saving 10 to 15 percent of your salary for the future will do a lot after retirement, trust me if you follow this idea it will give you a happy future in return.

4. Never caring for your children education
They say “children are poor men riches” doing this is never fare in the sight of God and man. Tomorrow may be too late to reconcile with your heirs, in most cases our children become the bread giver of our home, so this is one major reason every man or woman should carter for his or her child, given them a good and strong foundation will catapult them to higher ground . Sales before advertisement is never good, even the bible said train your child.

5. Invest before you indulge
Youths of this days don’t seems to amaze me as they have their belief on buying flashy cars, wining and dining with the little money they make. Investing in your 20s will guarantee you success after 5 to 10 years of your hard labour, if you plant early you ripe early, and if you plant and live it for long, you ripe enough.

6. Using schooling as an excuse
People these days now come up with ideas that a man who is never a student can never succeed. If you are a man with skills within, you can make something out from nothing. Never be deceived by their words that you can’t make it if you don’t attend school, I assure education is different from schooling. it is how you think and work that that leads you to your place of success. Never give up, keep your heads up, even at you 30s you can still begin and make it.
