My mp3 device doesnt download music, even when it's in am mp3 music format,
pls cn sum1 tell me what i need to do?, i do use my laptop in d download, but no music play always format error,

even wen its an mp3 music format, and its a new one though, pls i all need ur assistance cos i got a 4gb, i need run. thanks
