Please is ut possible to do a change of course, say from English to philosophy?
It's possible if it is included in the courses you can change to and if all criteria are met.

For the guy that's asking about doing actuarial science or going to yabatech to do smethings else.......actuarial science is a buisness course so no point, just do it, I just pity the foolish person that wld go for crs education and ditch his original course because say e won go unilag, its total stupidity
When u go to Lagos and see how big firms including auditing firms like KPMG, PWC and d rest employ CRS Education graduates from UNILAG while not even giving Banking and Finance graduates from Yaba Tech d opportunity to write d test, u will get the analogy better

@Ibadanfinest, Labodinho, if someone is few marks adrift of cutoff and he/she is admitted on supplementary list for the same course with/by God's favour; during clearance, when post-utme result slip is asked to be presented, will he/she be cleared or sent home?

I have an aunt that studied Economics at Nnamdi Azikiwe University and she finds it hard to get a work though she ain't serious about it of recent.
A cousin studied English Education in University of Lagos and did ICAN and he's currently working in a top position because of his UNILAG certificate. lipsrsealed

LOL should that be their business? Your name appeared in the list and thats what matters. Those screening officials helped people themselves, dem sabi as the thing dey go and considering you arent even the first person to even present such. If any question would be asked, its how your name got to merit list, which is understandable. They'll never question supplementary

sometimes its not about you looking for work with the certificate, I'm not intrested in workin in any firm, I just have passion buisness studies, right from second school, being a bright student....you cnt just let stuffs like dt go because u wonna go to unilag...so all the effort u made in studying ur course subject wld be wasted?

Its not the unilag cert...its the ican. I know someone who did only ican and never went to university. Just did small certificate programs. She did so well she bosses others that even have the same ican. Note that it is not all accountants that can pass ican. Some pipl write it for more than 10yrs befor they pass. Atleast my friends father did

nowadays its not what you study that will get you to work in your field of study. My colleague back then studied banking and finance but she is still unemployed despite all her job searches and application letters, while my friend who studied microbiology is currently working with Skye bank. So its not about your course, all what they need is the certificate

hmm... Am loving this cos at times we sit ensconced watching people take decisions that are not too valid as excuses reason y they are settling for less. But in other way round, the guy is forseeing the reality that institution's name is catchy to every employers out there, out of their own deductive reasoning; unilag? This must be a good product hence, enjoying some preferencial treatments.

FG is also contributin to this rubbish, they should mke provisons for universities to accept a lot of candidates for a course, out of all of them scrambling for medicine, not all of them will end up bcoming a doctor, sme people dnt even knw wht they want, they just wnt do medicine cos there freind dey do am
