(a) Job Title: Tax Professional
Job Description: Tax advisory, preparation of tax returns & documentation of same with appropriate authorities on behalf of our clients, provide tax planning services with reference to current legislations etc.
Location: Lagos but must be ready to work in any part of the country if the need arises
Requirements:
• Must be a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN)
• Must be a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria
• Must possess a minimum of 7 years working experience with an audit firm with special emphasis in Tax Management.
Skills:
• Must possess vast knowledge about taxation
• Must be able to work with no supervision
• Must be able to lead a team
• Must have excellent communication skills
• Must have good knowledge of Excel & Word packages.



(b) Job Title: Chartered Accountant
Job Description: provide financial advice to clients that range from multinational organisations and governmental bodies to small independent businesses.
Duties shall include but not limited to the following:
• Administering payrolls and controlling income and expenditure
• Auditing financial information
• Compiling and presenting reports, budgets, business plans, commentaries and financial statements
• Analysing accounts and business plans
• Financial forecasting and risk analysis
• Dealing with insolvency cases
• Negotiating the terms of business deals and moves with clients and associated organisations
• Meeting and resolving issues with clients on behalf of the firm
• Managing colleagues, workloads and deadlines

Location: Lagos but must be ready to work in any part of the country if the need arises

Requirements:
• Must be a Chartered Accountant and member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN)
• Must possess a minimum of 5 years practical experience as a Chartered Accountant
• Must have worked with a reputable firm in the past
