please I want to know which is stressful between basketball and football because I play football for fun and I know how stressful it is. I watch people play basketball but I don't how stressful it is. Experienced people should provide answers please. thanks.

I played both in secondary school....... both are stressful, but football is the worst,especially if you are a defender

I play both, I know both. Bball is way more stressful than football is. There is no way you can be lazy in basketball running up and down the court for 48mins all your muscles are involved and no chance for strolling which is why they take more breaks inbetween a game. Compare football where you can still find some lazy players, and not all players run all the time

Bball is the most stressful game I've ever seen in my life. it full of runin & jumping u can't just stand in one place Ever!

brother, defending is not easy especially own goal na disgrace be that oh!

They both are stressful but I will pick BB cause of its short space$you must be involved,footie can still accommodate a lazy player,but you are more prone to Serious injuries in footie.

I did, and my school court is big,running around is earlier than,being knocked around, do u know What through pass can do to a defender, ask any defender

Basketball is harder and more stressful than football(the pay and glamour,especially NBA basketball league,also pass soccer own)



Even basketball training is something else,just go to YouTube and type 'all-access tour of an NBA practice facility' you'd be surprised to see the weight room(and the several categories of weights available)for power lifting.

I'm a footballer but play b-ball some years back, b-ball is more streesful!
