WANTED: Arsene Wenger And Jose Mourinho by Ositades(m): 12:04am On Sep 23, 2014
Rumors are rife in FRANCE that Paris Saint-Germain are still highly interested in making either Arsene Wenger or Jose Mourinho their manager.

The French club’s present gaffer Laurent Blanc was put in charge of the first team in the summer of 2013 following the departure of Carlo Ancelotti to Real Madrid.

At the time it was widely reported that the 1998 world cup winner was keeping the seat warm for Wenger, whose contract with Arsenal was going to run out at the end of the 2013-14 season.

However, PSG’s Ligue 1 and Coupe de la Ligue outstanding success last season combined with a sail to the Champions League quarter-finals saw Blanc offered a new deal until June 2016. Though Arsene’s deal runs until the summer of 2017

Authorities at Parc des Princes are still open to the idea of approaching Wenger and making him the new coach of the team according to L'Equipe,

Following PSG’s 1-1 draw with Ajax in the Champions League Group F on Wednesday, doubts have risen among the club’s officials over PSG, claims the French sports daily.

Blanc’s alleged failure to criticise the big names in the team and not play star striker Edison Cavani alongside Zlatan Ibrahimovic are the main reasons cited by the PSG officials.

It has been reported that PSG have always wanted either Wenger or current Chelsea boss, Jose Mourinho, and there have been rumours that they could make an approach.

However it remains to be seen. While Mourinho seems to have settled at Chelsea after marking his return to SW6 last summer, Wenger, on the other hand looks unlikely to leave Arsenal now, despite his disappointing start to the 2014-15 campaign.

Of course, in football anything is possible. If Chelsea goes trophyless the second season in a row, then club owner Roman Abramovich might as well let Mourinho go.

As for Wenger, the Frenchman is already being criticised by many fans and pundits for not doing enough in the summer transfer window .

Will either Jose Mourinho or Arsene Wenger be in charge of Paris Saint-Germain next season? Remains to be seen
