What You Will Be Doing

You will work directly with the CEO to draw up a business model for the future of our start-up. Additionally, you will learn our operational accounting processes so that you can lead an ERP software integration. You will be responsible for full cycle Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, reconciliations and the month end close. You will be on top of budgeting and forecasting, and will also make suggestions on how to streamline processes and increase efficiency. You will help to develop various timelines to reach our objectives, and help to mentor and grow your own team, Managing funding including but not limited to equity deals and cutting expenses that’ll not harm the business. Lastly, you will have a direct impact on the success of our company, and will have an opportunity to advance your career, evolve with our company, and gain exposure on how to grow a business.

What You Need for this Position

Less Than 1 Year of experience and knowledge of:

- Accounts Payable
- Accounts Receivable
- Reconciliations
- Month End Close
- QuickBooks
- Financial Statements
- Budgeting
- Forecasting
