Well as you said it's your responsibility...atleast that's what everybody believes...so they expect you to be at your best. It happens to bro most times,we never believe he does anything because we always feel that whatever he does are his "responsibilities" and it's nothing to pay much attention to. But whenever any one else does that particular duty he/she gets recognition because it's not their "responsibility"

Well i was ill for a couple of days , i think that's the only thing that happened.
