7. Producing them is much more friendly to the environment than other sorts of fast food.

8. Their by-products can be recycled as compost or food for other animals.

9. They help prevent and fight disease.

10. Eating them could help you live a longer and more productive life by avoiding diseases associated popular processed fast foods.

am not, just trying to say those stuffs may give some needed vits and minerals but when real calories are needed, you need to eat d main foodstuffs but fruits should always be adjuncts if possible..

...... keeps on munching my kentucky fried chicken with a bottle of johniee walker and one stick of Genetically modified weed while my imported from Liberia and Zimbabwe ladies give me some massage.
