You're not a feminist hater. Only against excesses. So am I. Good. We are almost on the same page. We'll be on the same page when you stop trying to use the short comings of the movement to downplay it's great achievements for women and indirectly for men too. The welfare of women is the welfare of men. P.S instead of you to read up very extensively on that link I gave you and search for more likt it,you're standing your ground on phoolish pride. Ignorance doesn't pay o. Just saying. craziebone: 1 Like 1 Share |

coolviv: Guys who have ever loved a female in their lives should be championing things like this especially those who adore their daughters. You are not always going to be around to protect and provide for her or your future grand daughters. So the best you can do is leave a better world for them where they can be happy and fulfilled.Give me a problem that can't be solved under 'human rights'.Feminism incites the female gender? Kay17: I thought I already made it clear I am not talking about rights but about stereotypes? You say stereotypes should be broken and I gave you examples about stereotypical jobs. Will such jobs be equally filled by women? Are women going to seek for quota representation among the ditchdiggers and other manual labourers? And again I asked you a question which you didn't answer. Do you know of any place of work in Nigeria that pays females a different wage for the same work? 1 Like |

Kay17:no, ladies are mostly in the informal sector of labour than in the formal sector. Because there are less oppurtunities for them in the formal sector. Informal sector includes everything been said there apart from prostitution, mining and construction of course. Formal sector includes positions in organizations, doctors, lawyers, politics, enginering, mining, construction etc This are based on stats |

Re: Feminism Redefined By Emma Watson by Kay17: 10:14am On Sep 27, 2014 |
LordReed: During World War 1 and 2, women took up men's jobs in manufacturing (include aircraft, tanks, weapons, sophisticated machinery), mining, civil administration, etc. That sufficiently shows women can take up any job. The main goal for feminists is political and civil liberation within the society. Women want education, family planning, leadership roles, purge on gender stereotypes etc. 1 Like |

Misogynist2014: @kay17...................just the same way men are known to be violent and cause war. So your stereotypical issue has no backing; its the truth. We are not equal! The logical consequence of what you have just said would be that men are not qualified to rule as they cause violence and war. Women would bring peace. Let women rule. 1 Like |

Kay17:All these your objectives can be met under HUMAN RIGHTS. We were not born equal, we differ a lot. Tell me who will stop you in Nigeria, if you are vying for political positions, education, even family planning!!! (Government would be happy if you have no child at all. Also on local channels, there is no single day family planning won't be broadcasted) . You statements are logically flawed. Next time you wish to open your gutters to talk, kindly add to it what society is expecting women to do(sacrifice) and not all about what women want from society. |

Kay17: Women are very famous for playing the victim even were no glass ceilings exist. I remember an incident, I was turning into an intersection on a two lane road and a woman was approaching on the right lane while I turned into the left. She starts horning and pulls up to me screaming how I cut her off because she's a woman. I looked at her amazed at not only the ignorance of driving rules but the classic "o spare me I'm a woman" ploy. It is repeated over and over again in this so called cry for civil rights and political leadership for women. You have the vote and opportunity to be voted for yet men have to roll over and play dead for you to take part in what is your right already? Why don't you go out and show that you are capable instead of playing the victim card? Have you contested for office and had your candidacy rejected based on sex? Have you proved yourself capable at work and had your career advance stalled because you are a woman? This is not what I see in the reality around me. In my workplace the women moan about how they are not given assignments but give them one and they start looking for excuses not to be diligent so who's fault will it be when they get passed up for bigger things? You don't want to get your hands dirty but you want to be seen as capable, no it doesn't work that way. 2 Likes |

carefreewannabe:I would personally have loved that, but the aggressive nature of men is what has made us overcome the world, through the thick and thin. What we lack in calm, we have in abundance when it comes to intelligence(that is why women are always behind us.) A lot of rich female billionaires inherited their wealth from father or husband(I'm not jealous). That is why I love the Yoruba politics, we mix the good attributes of women in our politics, and never allow them to over shadow it, hence we submit to inferior logical reasoning(like the Scandinavian countries). Even America and Britain that cries about equality, share my candid views, even Australia(showing feminism is mainly about destroying family, abortion and lesbianism as all logical fights can be fought under HUMAN RIGHTS). Obama's advicers expectially in military logistics, are men, funny enough, even in Scandinavian countries, men are still the most productive in science. http://www.dailymail.co.uk/debate/article-1274952/Men-ARE-brainy-women-says-scientist-Professor-Richard-Lynn.html |

@carefreewannabe ............ I thank you for acknowledging that men are NATURALLY more violent than women, thereby proving my point that since men are more violent than women, women have to be NATURALLY submissive to balance the equation(more reason why Bible wants us to love our women in order that they may not feel bad about their natural disposition.) I also want to thank you that since you acknowledge that we are more violent(we have higher testosterone) , it is also logically right to say WE ARE NOT EQUAL.
