Health Officials say Ebola can be transmitted by the female mosquitoes immediately after coming in contact with an infected person.

This is so untrue when it comes to HIV. Although HIV cannot be transferred by merely touching a an infected person or touching where there has been a contact by the carrier. If this is true for Ebola does it also mean mosquitoes too can spread Ebola??

First, Ebola can be spread by close constant contact with an infected person.

It cannot be spread by mosquitoes. (HIV too cannot be spread by mosquitoes)

Here are the reasons why HIV (and possibly Ebola ) cannot be spread by mosquitoes...(Source here)

There are a number of reasons why mosquitoes cannot transmit HIV.

Firstly the mosquitoes’ mouth parts do not operate like a hypodermic needle. The tube which injects the host with saliva is separate from the canal which the mosquito uses to suck blood from the same host. Therefore blood only flows into the mosquito and only saliva is injected; blood is not flushed out of the same canal.

Insect-borne diseases like Encephalitis and malaria are spread because they multiply within the mosquito, these diseases then move into the insect’s salivary glands and are injected into the host with the saliva. If a mosquito feeds on an HIV-positive person the virus cannot survive and replicate within the mosquito’s gut as HIV requires specialist cells found only in humans in order to multiply . HIV is treated as food and digested.

HIV circulates in the blood at lower levels than malaria and other inset-borne diseases. The mosquito does not take enough units of HIV from the infected person to initiate infection.

Even if it was possible for the mosquito to inject HIV into an uninfected person, the person would have to be bitten by ten million mosquitoes who had previously been feeding on an HIV positive host in order to receive one unit of HIV. For this reason squashing or accidentally swallowing a mosquito does not put one at risk of contracting HIV, because there is not enough HIV positive blood within the mosquito for a person to contract the disease.

More information....

Q: How is Ebola spread?

A: The disease is spread person-to-person through direct contact with body fluids like blood, urine, sweat, semen, breast milk and feces. Ebola usually incubates for about 10 days before showing symptoms. However, people who have been exposed to the disease may show symptoms in as little as two days, or up to 21 days after exposure.

Humans were first introduced to Ebola through contact with infected animals like primates, fruit bats and forest antelope, according to the CDC.

Q: Since Ebola can be transmitted via blood, can mosquitos or fleas spread the viral infection?

A: No. Ebola is only spread through direct contact with infected bodily fluids. There is no evidence supporting mosquito-borne Ebola, Rattay said.

"Certainly in Africa there are mosquito-borne diseases and they have not seen Ebola transmitted," Rattay said.

Nice one.... The part you said except the uninfected person had been bitten by ten million mosquitoes, that could be very possible in remote villages in Nigeria were mosquitoes are room mates.
