Job Summary:
The Human Resource Officer will partner with the HR team to coordinate, plan, motivate, organize, control and implement all people-based policies and strategies to achieve the business strategy.

Duties and responsibilities:
The Human Resource Officer will among other duties;
• Implement talent management processes and procedures
• Implement HR strategies
• Implement Performance Management culture
• Implement IR policies and strategies to promote peaceful industrial climate
• Manage employee’s health and welfare issues
• Implement training and development, follow-up ITF approvals and reimbursements, etc
• Execute employee’s wellness programmes
• Provide professional counselling services to his/her internal and external customers
• Create databases that would standardize HR processes and procedures
• Implement employee’s compensation and benefits
• Manage HR systems and Biometrics
• Ensure effective service delivery and drug availability in the factory clinic
• Prepare people balance sheet (PBS) and/or HR reports
• Implement payroll administration
• Draft HR budget and stratplans and
• Implement people programmes approved by management from time to time

Qualifications and skills required
The occupant of this position should possess;
• Minimum of HND/B.SC in Human Resource Management or Industrial Relations & Labour Relations or Industrial Relations & Personnel Management
• 1-3 years hands-on experience, preferably in the FMCG or related industry.
• Membership of CIPMN will be an added advantage.
