Yoghurt and Granola bars..

The temptation to snack late at night can be very difficult to resist, so I stock the fridge with my favorite fruits, grapes, oranges, apples, strawberries and yoghurt, granola bars and sometimes ice cream..yes ice cream especially the brands with nuts, so whenever I am awake late at night and the cravings come, I approach the fridge hoping to find something else but behold the fruits are staring at me, so I have no other option than to snack healthy, sometimes I cheat by taking ice cream, an awesome metabolism makes its easier to cheat and not feel guilty either ways..

Oranges or banana, atleast I will be sure of my body getting series of vitamin A,C or Potassium.
But if,there is no fruit, I tip-toed to our pot of soup to carry nt steal small peice of meat...

Maryland cookies.. I can finish 4 packs at a go..really don't know why.

i can eat anything at any time. Right now it is 4:43 am and if by magic some poundo and egusi appears before me right now, IT IS GOING DOWN!!

Then again, i never see am chop since last October.
