Am opportune to have experience from both Nigeria and UAE. In nigeria,we have GLO,MTN,etisalat,airtel,visafone etc while in uae, they ve du and etisalat. For a mobile subscriber to get a chance to speak to customer care attendant with nigerian mobile service provider, he or She needs average of 15 to 20 mins to get contact n talk to them but in UAE, I contacted their customer attendant in less than 3 mins either I used my du mobile or etisalat network. So, what is ur experience like in ur location |

Does it have to do with a specific location or congestion free and availability of a customer care attendants? I don't knw how it works, but mine doesn't take more than 5sec to pick up. MTN# |
