The Galadiman Kano, Alhaji Tijjani Hashim, is dead. His death was announced this morning. He was a former aide to late Sir Ahmadu Bello Sardauna, Premier of Northern Nigeria and a cousin to late emir of Kano, Alhaji Ado Bayero. Galadiman Kano was a philantrophist par excellence and the most influential royal member in the kano emirate council.
