I love the premier league but I cringe at the lack of diversity at the epl. Not a single black coach Latino coaches sure, but not a single black coach? I think its subtle racism but what do u guys think? I mean zero.......??

The Premier League is a profit venture. Anybody that eventually makes it there as a coach has to really be worth his onions. Apart from entertaining the fans and the tv cameras, that guy has to be skilled in building a team that brings maximum returns. We are still learning in that regards.
