I am a bad spender. I spend money mostly in joints and mostly impulse spending. In the past few months, I came up with a strategy. I divided my spending into capital and recurrent spending. If I had all my money in my hands, it will all go for recurrent but now I collected a loan to reduce the money I have on monthly basis and I used the loan to purchase a Land. Next year, I would have finish paying back the loan and I will collect another to establish a business. For my recurrent, I have cut down on spending in the bar. maintaining my car and feeding and some few accessories
