You will have to use the T1's charger for it, if it's the micro-usb type or if you have any USB head laying around, just put the USB cable that came with the PB. Currently charging it with my sister's Tecno USB adaptor and d Innjoo pb USB cable.

Even if it's a phone, and when you switch on, the battery says 98%, that's factory (chemical) charge, so, leave it on d charger for another 4-6hours, regardless of whether it says 100% or not. That will keep your battery strong and durable.
Most people usually make the mistake of charging to 100% and then they'll start using it. Others will start using a battery right out of the box, in order to drain it completely,before charging it fully. Both of these practices will only leave you with a battery at half-life, and won't last long or serve your needs efficiently.

Li-ion does not need to be fully charged, as is the case with lead acid, nor is it desirable to do so. In fact, it is better not to fully charge, because high voltages stresses the battery. Choosing a lower voltage threshold, or eliminating the saturation charge altogether, prolongs battery life but this reduces the runtime.
