If in your final interview, you were asked to choose one of the these options:

1) work and earn N200,000 per month for 2 years as a contract staff or

2) work and earn N80,000 as a full staff.

which would you go for and reason(s) pls?

Option 1 is juicy
With N200,000 every month for two years, you could invest, you could also be employed as a full staff at the end of the two year period....You could even get another contract staff job and life goes on.

back to the matter..
Option 1 offers u a huge pay as a cntract staff

Option 2,d pay is not up to first pay but u a guarantee of job security

why i will go 4 option 2.
1.job security...
2.nt evrybody has d necesary skill needed 2 launch a business(enterprenuer skill)..
3.experience i will garner will surely be useful later..

It a very hard decision though..

Option 1 is the real deal.

A contract staff at the expiration of two years can be required to go into another contract, or better still, be retained by the company as a full staff.
Within this two years, this same person can also be a contract staff in another organization if the work schedules of each company don't overlap.

1. There's no such thing as job security for an entry level employee making 80k, depends on the company though.

2. True.
But you wouldn't need to start a business from scratch if you don't have the necessary skills, investing in someone else's business is an option.

3. A contract staff will still gain experience.

option 2 if the job will last at least 10years.

My dear, no job security anywhere o, #200k is 250% of #80k, why would I settle for less. Within that 2 years, while earning a better pay, I will prove myself to be indispensable, hence, a new contract can be signed or better still be employed on a full time. As for me, it is not hard to decide on this oh.
