It just occurred to me now and I feel I should bring this up.
Now back to the matter, do your parents still call each other pet names? because mine don't instead they call themselves by their names and my dad said those names sound too strange in his mouth and that he's too ancient for such things, lol unlike this generation where couples call each other different romantic/pet names. So I was wondering do your parents call each other sweet names they're fond of? Over to you.

I doubt if my parents ever did

Parents do give and call themselves pet names but, that is before the first child. After that, its mama Peter or papa ejima.

Didn't grow up with both parent under one roof,so I don't know

I call my fiancee "pretty" cos she's a damsel to behold,and she calls me "boo-boo".am handsome too sha.

My Dad called my Mum 'beautiful woman' in my dialect.Funny enough ,we all called her by that name.Never called her mum,mother.
