Genuine Toyota Type ATF T-IV Transmission Fluid. Pull your transmission dipstick, it is boldly written on it. Any other ATF could damage your tranny.

Go for Type IV. That should fall between dextron 4-6. If you do other wise you are on your own

My wife uses a 99 camry and d atf used is Dextron 2 as is written on d dip stick. For my 2006 avensis I use type T-IV Cos dats wat I c on d dip stick.

I owned a 99 camry for 6 years before I sold it and all I ever used was dexron 3 atf which by the way is the manufacturer's recommended fluid. I will just add that when buying, ensure you go with the ones from oando or total (purchase at the filling station directly). by all means, avoid the other brands sold in roadside stores.....most are substandard and could cause grievous harm to your tanny.

Just buy 4litres. They won't even use more than 3.5litres sef.
