Hi ladies!
Just want to know how many times do you reuse your cooking oil. Apperantly if its used more than two times its no longer healthy for consumption. I use it once or twice depending on the colour and if its clean, after that i throw it out.

5 times depending on what I fry.

I don't throw mine away no matter the number of times and what I use it to fry...I either use it to cook rice,stew,soup or beans.

Twice, maximum.

After the second use, it turns light brown and the taste changes.

And moderation is key.
You should know how much oil would be enough to fry something before pouring into the pan to avoid so much leftover that would not finish on second use.

Depends on what the oil was used for originally. Usually about 5 times.
