you are very correct. Airtel service is sooooo terrible I wonder why pple still patronise them. After subscribing for their 2gb bundle, I couldn't use it for a damn thing. Confirm their network is ok in ur area b4 u subscribe if not you'll be sooooo frustrated

1st of all, you have to root your android device with the help of one apk called FRAMAROOT don't worry about bricking your phone cos it is a simple proceedure which you can download @ www.framaroot.net just download the version that works for you. After rooting yor phone, you have to download MOBILEUNCLE apk too... Thats is the big deal...let me just copy the tutorial link for you.

Be not deceived, Airtel's 4GB actually means '1.5GB' and '9GB' would be around '3.5GB' or so. Imagine, I finished up 800GB of data of Airtel in one day, but 50mb of MTN lasted me for two days on modem. BEWARE OF AIRTEL SCAM!
