A man died and went to hell.
There he realized that there is a different hell for each country and
decided he'll pick the pick the least painful to spend his eternity.

He went to Germany-hell and asked,'What do they do here? He was told;
'first they put you in an electric chair for an hour.
Then they lay you on a bed of nails for another hour.
Then the German devil comes in and flogs you for the rest of the day'.
The man does not like the sound of that,
so he moves on.He checked USA-hell as well as the British-hell and many others.
He discovered that they were all the same.

When he came to Nigerian-hell,he found that there was a long line of people waiting to get in.
Surprised ,he asked 'what do they do here?'
He was told,'first they put you in an electric chair for an hour.
Then they lay you on a bed of nails for another hour.
Then the Nigerian devil comes in and flogs you for the rest of the day'

But that's exactly the same as all the other hells!!!
Why are there so many people waiting to get in? The man asked.

Because there is never any electricity there, so the electric chair does not work.
The nails were paid for but never supplied, so the bed is comfortable to sleep on.
And the Nigerian devil used to be a Civil Servant,
so he comes in,signs his attendance register and goes back home for his private business.
