Help please, my decoder was working fine in Akure. When I brought it to Abuja it keep showing No Signal. It never work, what can I do pls?

I will try to find out if there is a dealer around your area. But the office i operate is located in Abeokuta, Kuto to be precise. Gemini complete decoder and dish is 9,900. If you want to buy it without the dish, it is 6,900. Yes, as i said earlier the startimes Gemini can use either a dish or an external Yaggi antennae.

Can I swap my old decoder with the new combo decoder. I have DVB-T2 decoder.

Please on what band is the start times channel?

Hi guys. I bought this LED TV and when I connect it to local antenna and did digital auto scan, it's receiving startimes channels. But apart from startimes guide, the other channels are displaying 'content scrambled'. Please does anyone know how I can make the channels to be showing even if it requires me subscring. Thanks

yes please. I just bought mine decoder and since 3:53 PM that have on it, it is only showing St guide. No other stations is working even the free channels. What do I need to do please?

Since last year,I havent used it for once

House, yesterday my Starsat decoder upgraded itself and after that many stations like Channels, Silver bird, NTA, Nickoledeon etc, etc stopped showing.

I have been calling their Customer service to no avail. I regret buying this starsat decoder of a thing. They have the worst and irresponsible customer support.

Am I the only one affected here? What am I to do?
Can someone please help me with the code to get back those channels?

This STARSAT AND STARTIMES is seriously confusing to me. I don't get it all.

By the time I bought my Starsat decoder, Starsat has its own website and bouquets. But all a sudden nobody is talking about Starsat again but Startimes.

I also learnt that one cannot use Startimes Bouquets for Starsat. Why?

I am seriously considering throwing away the Starsat decoder.

Startimes claims ownership of Starsat yet they can't provide help to Starsat subscribers. Why the difference and segregation?

I want to reset Default Setting on my Starsat decoder because all my Nigerian channels are no more showing but it is asking for PIN. Where can I find that ?

Good evening guys,please i need to instal my staa times decoder but i sont know the frequency and symbol rate.Likewise i dont know where the dish will be facing i.e the direction.
Please i need full direction on where the dish will be facing if it will back dstv or side by side so i dont need the cardinal but where it will be facing.

Try and change the direction of the antenna.

To track go to automatic channel search and turn your antenna then it will work.

I just did that for someone who has used his for 6yrs
