Ever since I started residing in Portharcourt 10years now, Afang soup has turned my favourite soup away from egusi. They normally call it Okazi soup, and I relish it much when there are enough Isam(Piom piom) inside, garnished with dried fish and possibly snail.

What about you, what is your favourite Nigerian soup?

Fresh okro soup and fufu is my favorite and of course, with a bottle of beer. Took a friend of mine out and the guy was like; Joe, I see why you're still here in Enugu. I think Enuguians cook pretty well :-)
