Mich Jason helped Leila into her school uniform on monday morning. The girl was fuming.
'Leila, what do you want me to pack into your lunch box?'
'Nothing!'
'why nothing? I Don't want you hungry'
'liar. I know what you did to make my daddy marry you. My mummy should be the one he married not you. I hate you'
The girl was crying. Mich didn't know what had happened between Joel and Leila's mother but it seemed everyone was against her marriage.
'Shush, don't say that'
'Why not? All my friends in school live with their mummy and daddy. Just last week, mummy told me that she and daddy would marry. I was excited, but you came and spoilt everything'
The little girl stormed out of the room. Mich knew there was no point going after the girl. Joel had insisted she helped Leila get ready for school every morning, it would make them become closer.
Maureen was waiting for Mich downstairs. Her gazed was dangerous.
'why did you make Leila cry?'
'I didn't'
'Lair. Next time you hit her, I will hit you back'
'I didn't hit her'

Mich in her annoyance hit Maureen hard, on her face.

Mich smiled. Joel had gone to the hospital already. He was on morning shift and she is done taking nonsense from everyone.
'Wait and see Michelle, your problems are just starting. Soon and very soon, Joel will get tired of your body and then, we shall see who is who in this house'
Mich was almost shaking in anger. In order for her not to slap Maureen again, she walked to the kitchen and began her morning chores.

By mid day, Mich had just finished preparing lunch and was about going for a shower when the knock on the door stopped her. Maureen and Leila were in school while she wasn't expecting Joel till 2pm. She walked to the door and swung it open.
Standing by it was a woman in her early thirties. She was fair in complexion and tall, but definately not as tall as Mich. Her eyes roamed Mich from head to toe.
'Goodafternoon, I am Michelle Jason. Please who are you?', Mich spoke to the woman while smiling.
'How dare you ask who I am?'
'I can't remember ever seeing your face. It is only natural I asked who you are before making the decision of either letting you in or not'
The woman forcefully pushed Mich away and entered.
'Never you talk to me like that again, Michelle or whoever you call yourself'
Michelle only gazed at the woman. She was beautiful no doubt but looked very dangerous. Her next action suprised Mich. She hit her on the face.
'Next time you rised your dirty hands on my daughter again, I promise to make Life miserable for you. Leila is my only daughter, and her father loves her. Just know that I am a woman easily vexed and my anger, you can't stand.
Do you know the things I had to relinquish for Joel to be where he is now? I am his wife, I will make sure he divorce you and marry me'
Mich was too spell bound to react. She couldn't believe what was happening to her.
'And what right do you have to slap me?'
The woman slapped Mich again. This time, very hard she staggered backward.
'Rule number one, Michelle; never you talk back at me'
Mich didn't linger at all, she lunged forward and ran into the woman. The two fell on the tiled floor and the fight began. Two grown ups fighting with so much anger and ferocity. Each kicking, hitting and pulling. They didn't hear the door open or saw the intruder. Mich had one goal in mind; to put that woman in her place.

At that time, a meeting was holding in a small hotel in another part of Abuja. It consisted of four men.
'I want the job done immediately without any mistake', a man of sixty declared.
'Don't worry Donald, we all want that job done', Lucas said.
And so, the decision to kill Michelle Jason was carried out with full virgo.
'Kill her before she takes in. I don't want another child of Joel into this world', Donald answered.
'I will make contact with the men on the outside, don't forget, her dead must look like an accident'
Then men left the room quietly. A foolish woman dared marry their nephew.

I really don't know. Yesterday morning, I was in my thread, 'A man to call her own' and saw a comment. All I did was reply to that comment with a simple ' thanks and God bless you' and so, I got a twenty four hours banned by antispam bot. I emailed the mods three times but never got any response. The ban expired this morning
