1180 kilometers/hr. That's the speed of the earths rotation about its axis undecided and everything static on the earth travels at that speed too.

That's 1670 km/hr or 1070miles/hr. That's one massive speed really. How come we don't feel it?

When two objects are moving at exactly the same velocity,ie when no of them are accelerating, the distance between them remains constant, therefore it becomes difficult to calculate or feel the change in motion because its as though they re both standing in the same place. Think of it like five flatbed trucks travelling @ the same speed in the same direction, you could easily walk from the first to the fifth because the all have the same velocity so it would just be as though you were walking on parked trucks, but if one were to be going fasster or slower, then you would likely fall because you body is affeccted by the force resulting from the change in velocity.
