Some times ago,one of my friend told me it can be posible through consuming of 5 bottles of a beer every day,,plz how is that possible.

Take Spirit/Gin instead, it will help you.

there are just two ways to overcome shyness "The easy way and the hard way!"

Easy way: smoking (weed, skunk, etc) cocaine, heroine, alcohol...

Hard way: everyday! talk to the man in the mirror. if you can talk conveniently without being shy of your own image then you can be sure that nobody can intimidate you

FYI, Adolf Hitler did the hard way spending 8hrs everyday in front of the mirror till he was able to overcome his shyness and he was able to influence millions of people to join his cause.

Self esteem... Meet people irrespective of what you think they would say, talk to them still..
