Job Details

DotlinkGlobalResources, currently has a requirement for an Accounts officer to join her team on a permanent
basis.

Reporting directly to the Financial Controller the successful candidate will be responsible for verification of incoming invoices.

Key responsibilities for this role also include:

Obtaining approval of invoices from appropriate personnel internally

Distribute incoming invoices for coding/approval

Tracking returned invoices and posting approved invoices in a timely manner

Assist in dealing with various queries from suppliers

Ensure month end deadlines are met

General administration and filing as required

Other ad hoc duties



Job Requirements

The ideal candidate should be flexible and pro-active in dealing with ad hoc queries from vendors and the business in a professional manner.

The candidate should have a high degree of enthusiasm, willingness to take ownership of their work, excellent communication, teamwork and time management skills.

Proficiency in Excel, Word, along with a keen eye for detail and the ability to work independently
