Hello good people. Can a PayPal.NG be setup from inside the US or does it need to happen inside Nigeria? Also, do I need to have a Nigeria card or will a US card work? Thanks. |

You can set up your paypal account in nigeria. I have an ebook on paypal account guide it will cost you N3500, but if you want a website I can give you one, in the website, the ebook guide cost N3500. It would work but it is better to do it in Nigeria and with a Nigerian Card. This is because the Paypal System has a Feature that Flags some actions as "Suspicious Activity". |

Please create your account, if you are in USA, as a US Based Account with a US Credit Card and Bank Account in US If you are in Nigeria, open a Nigeria Based Account with Nigerian Credit/Debit Card in Nigeria Once you have opened it, you can access it anywhere.. My Company account is Based in US yet i access it from Nigeria, i even use it to Pay and we have never had issue with PayPal for 6 months now.. Because we opened it with real US Credentials(Credit Card and Bank Account, Phone number, address e.t.c) |
